License terms (by ordering LayeredPanel services and/or products you agree with these terms)
Owned license terms of use:
1 license is for 1 server, unless the second server is added via server clustering, then you pay 50% for the second, third and further servers. Contact us for bulk licenses and discounts.
The license you buy cannot be rented, leased or sold or transfered without LayeredPanel pre-concent to it.
We cannot support or be responsible for the consequences/problems of altered source code.
We cannot support or be responsible for the consequences/problems of third parties managing the server; any downtime/problems are outside any support contract except the managed LP contract
The standard LP license allows support for problems in LP code/documentation (not in the server/Linux/installation) which the license owner diagnoses (meaning, finding, in technical terms what the problem is) and reports to LP support. The installation fee allows support for problems in LP code/documentation/installation up to one month after installation; the license owner finds the problem and LP support diagnoses and solves it. Installation is for one-time install on one machine. The managed fee allows support for any problems with the LP system which will be solved by LP personal within 6 months, even if these problems are Linux/server related and not LP related, but only inside the chrooted sandbox. The managed fees do not include management of extra clustered nodes; a seperate, custom deal should be made for this, mail sales@layeredpanel.com.

If the terms of the license are not followed then your license may be removed at any time.
Copyright removal may be purchased seperatly and will be performed by LayeredPanel qualified support staff only.
Hosting Terms of use:
When purchasing hosting, the following terms apply which are automatically accepted when paying for hosting: a) you have to take care of complaints of misuse; users of freehosting sites sometimes use techniques of phishing, hacking and so forth to hack into other sites; when complaints about this arrive, you need to address them b) all hosting accounts are based on a shared-server system; we are not running many users on this server and we are doing everything to keep the servers running fast, however, users can misuse the account by running so-called proxies (phproxy), porn (which is allowed!) or otherwise heavy downloads and so forth; these uses are allowed, but be aware that if we get too much complaints of other users, we will act on this and ask you to remove the user-accounts which are taking too much load and/or memory of the server c) although we help with everything as much as we can; however we cannot make all scripts and programs run; if something does not run, this is not a LP problem however we will try to help but we do not guarantee any third-party script running d) in case of too much misuse of your account we will consider termination and payback of all months left minus one as stated above e) we do not guarantee any amount of users you can handle on any hosting account; this completely depends on what the users are doing, how you are managing them ( 1 phproxy user can kill a server). If the server is overloaded we will advise you to upgrade or manage your users better.
Liability limits, disclaimer and laws:
LayeredPanel.com and its owning company SysMesh Ltd (located in Israel) are not responsible for any damage, either physically, mentally and financially caused by our software or services.
SYSMESH LTD AND LAYEREDPANEL.COM SHALL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE (BE THAT DIRECT ON IN DIRECT) CAUSED TO THE CUSTOMER OR ANY OTHER 3RD PARTY AS A RESULT OF USING OUR PRODUCTS. IT IS THE CUSTOMERS SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO HIS USE OF THE PRODUCT. SYSMESH LTD WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY USE MADE OF IT'S PRODUCTS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ILLEGAL SITE HOSTING, PHISHING SITES, ABUSE SITES, ILLEGAL SITES, MALLICIOUS CONTENT AND ALL OTHER CONTENT OR USE OF THE LAYEREDPANEL PRODUCT PLATFORM.
At any rate LayeredPanel.com and Sysmesh Ltd liablity will be limited to the amount paid by the customer for one (1) month.
LayeredPanel cannot be held responsible for damages, loss of data, loss or users/clients or any other damages directly financially or indirectly financially linked to LayeredPanel services or product. Backup your data often to prevent any problems.
You herby agree that the legal laws and juristrication that apply to this site and products will be The Israeli Justice system.
Refunds and Return Policies:
LayeredPanel offers NO refunds and allows no returns. Once the product key is delivered to the customer the product is activated and can not be returned to the seller.
Responsibility of ensuring the right product had been ordered and used is solely the customers responsibility and layeredpanel or Sysmesh Ltd shall not be held responsible in any case for the customers decision or use of the product.
